The warm and inviting lobby with a roaring fire and delightful library made for a cozy atmosphere. The included breakfast was heavenly with delicious coffee and the best grape juice I've ever had. The hotel is affiliated with Marriott, which is a great bonus for rewards program members. The stunning views of the wine valley were absolutely breathtaking.

The green area surrounding the hotel is beautiful, and it offered iconic views that were something to remember. the decor inside is really impressive, and the sparkling wine at the VIP breakfast and check-in were a nice touch.

The check-in process was slow and tedious, which was not the best way to start our city trip. the pool was crowded and noisy, which made it less relaxing than we expected.

We loved being right in the middle of the rolling vineyards, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Val dos Vinhedos. We enjoyed our meals on the terrace of the Leopoldina restaurant with stunning views of the vineyards. Our room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast was an endless parade of delicious food options, served with a great quality of service. We also enjoyed the vinotherapy spa, with its private indoor pool and relaxing outside terrace.

We were a bit disappointed with the procedure-oriented staff, who kept pushing guests to book services.

Expensive for what it offers, not many options for leisure activities, just the gym and a nice lobby. The staff was not well trained or attentive, and the towels were low quality.
